We are seeking a multifaceted individual to join our team in a unique dual role, combining responsibilities in quality assurance and financial support.


    Position: 

    Quality Assurance Associate and Assistant to the CFO


    Job Description:

    In this dual role at Klonetics Plant Science, you will take on a diverse set of responsibilities spanning both quality assurance and financial support. This is an exceptional opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic team, ensuring the quality and compliance of our products while contributing to financial health and strategic planning.


    Quality Assurance Responsibilities:

    • Conduct quality control inspections and audits in compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Document and report non-conformances, deviations, and corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with cultivation, production, and compliance teams to address quality-related issues.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
    • Contribute to maintaining a culture of quality and compliance throughout the organization.

    Assistant to the CFO Responsibilities:

    • Assist in budget development, financial analysis, and forecasting.
    • Support the CFO in managing financial records, reports, and audits.
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
    • Help streamline financial processes and contribute to efficiency improvements.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • Knowledge of GACP/GPP and quality assurance principles.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Experience in financial analysis and data management.
